Have attained the age of 65 on or before December 31, 2022.
Current resident of Woodbridge with one (1) year Connecticut residency.
Income does not exceed $40,300 for a single person or $49,100 for a married couple.
Those individuals who are on social security disability are exempt from the age requirement.
Applications
Renter's relief program will accept applications between April 1, 2023 through October 1, 2023. Those persons on the program prior will be mailed an application in April of 2023.
Applications can be mailed with required proof of income and social security earnings to the Assessor's office located at:

You must have receipts of ALL 2022 rent and utilities (excluding phone and cable).
