Adult Programs:
  • Fall Session with Bill Banick September 1 through November 30.   Daily morning sessions at 8:30 am to 9:45 am or Tuesday evening sessions 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm.  Outside weather permitting, otherwise online.  Contact Bill for more information 203-824-0927.   
  • Still time to register for Bill's Thursday T'ai- Chi session. T'ai chi uses slow flowing and connected movement to integrate the mind and body and generate flexibility, strength and well-being. Dates: October 7th- December 30th No class on November 25 Time: 6:00-7:00pm Where: Center Building Room 16 Price: $120
  • Gentle Yoga with Diane King is returning in the fall.  Register now.  Mondays,  September 20 through October 25, no class October 11.  10:30 am to 11:45 am.  The cost is $60.  Wednesdays, September 22 through October 27, 10:30 am to 11:45 am.  The cost is $70.  Classes will be held in room 16 of the Center building.  The goals will be to learn postures that create strength and ease, and to manage stress through breathing, movement, and guided relaxation. Please bring a small pillow or folded blanket (for sitting), a yoga strap or long scarf or necktie, and a tennis or similar size ball.   • Badminton  -  Badminton returns in September.  The twelve week session will begin on September 15 though December 8, 2021.  Wednesday evenings, 7 pm to 9 pm.  Ages 16 and up.  $100 membership or $10 drop in fee.  Beecher South Gym.  Bring your own racket, the net and birdies are supplied.  For more information call Jon in the Woodbridge Recreation Department office or email him at 
  • The Town Pool -  Woodbridge residents or members must make a  reservation; drop ins are not accepted. There is a $10 charge for resident non-members. Resident seniors over 65 years of age are free.  Renew online at  Call 203-389-3446 during Recreation Office hours,  Monday through Friday, 8am to 4 pm, to make a reservation.   Reservation time slots are:  Saturdays and Sundays: 12:00-12:45 pm, 1:00-1:45 pm, 2:00-2:45 pm, and 3:00-3:45 pm.  Monday,  and Wednesday: 7:45pm-8:30 pm, 8:30 pm-9:15 pm.  Tuesday and Thursday evenings will be 4:00 pm- 4:45 pm, 5:00 -5:45 pm
  • The Fitness Center is available Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings to Woodbridge members.  Resident seniors over 65 years of age are free.  Monday and Thursday morning hours are 9 am to 12 noon, Saturday hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm,  Sunday hours are  8:00 am to 12 noon.  Tuesday and Thursday hours are 6 pm to 8:45 pm.  Social distancing enforced.    Members must wear a mask at all times.
