The Town of Woodbridge is undertaking a first-ever Master Plan for the entirety of the Former Country Club property.
This Master Plan will establish a vision for the site and recommendations to realize the vision. There will be several opportunities for residents to get involved and participate in the planning process.
Community Open House:
The Second Community Open House for the Former CCW Master Plan is on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM in the Center Building Gynasium, 4 Meetinghouse Lane.
This Open House will feature a presentation at 6 PM from our planning consultants with updates on the planning process and their findings, followed by opportunities for resident participation and feedback. Representatives from the Town and the planning consultants will be available to answer questions and hear your thoughts. Visit the project website to learn more.
