Led by Instructor Diane King, gentle yoga for stability, mobility, posture, and relaxation will take place this January and February. Steadiness and ease are pillars of yoga practice. We build strength, mental and physical endurance, and enhance balance through attention to posture and focus. Breathing practice brings calm and relaxation.
Choose to attend Monday or Wednesday classes that best meet your schedule. Monday classes will meet from10:30-11:45 am and 5:30-6:45 pm on 1/9, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13 & 2/27 (no class 1/16 & 1/20). Wednesday classes will meet 10:30-11:45 am on 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15 (no class 2/22).
Any 6 classes will cost $80 and 12 classes will cost $120. The drop-in charge is $15 per class. Pay online at Woodbridge Recreation or pay at the first class. For questions email yogadiane@gmail.com or call the Woodbridge Recreation office at203 389-3446.
