ihealth COVID-19 at-home test kit

Woodbridge residents who are elderly, vulnerable or disabled and those with non-licensed childcare (a child taken care of by a family member or nanny, but not at a licensed daycare center) may call to request a COVID-19 at-home test kit through the Human Services office at 203-389-3429 if they have (a) had direct “close contact” exposure to an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19; or (b) are exhibiting symptoms and need to be screened for COVID-19.

No walk-ins available; residents MUST call ahead. Proof of residency required. Curbside-pickup only with appointment.

Each kit includes two tests.

Learn more about test kits, when to use them and what to do if you test negative or positive.

Human Services may also provide referrals for testing and vaccinations.
