Yoga with Diane King is back. January/February classes are now available. Classes begin January 3.
Yoga develops strength, balance and ease in body and mind. We practice self-awareness, self-acceptance, and relaxation. We build good breathing habits, Improve posture and give time for inner stillness. We welcome all to our yoga practice. Use of a chair is optional.
Mondays 10:30 -11:45 a.m.

Any 7 classes -$84. All 14 classes-$150.
Drop-in $15/class.
-If you miss a class you can make up on a different day. -Classes in Room 16 of the former Center School, 4 Meeting House Lane-- enter on the library side of the building.
-Masks must be worn.
-Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat.
-Optional: small pillow, blanket, yoga blocks, yoga belt (or 2 neckties tied together)
