On Sat. Oct. 23 several Woodbridge businesses will give out candy to costumed trick or treaters in the business district from 11 am-1 pm.
At 12:45 there will be a costume contest and parade at Coachman Square followed by a 1 pm free, family-friendly concert by bossa nova musician Isabella Mendes.
The concert is the last in the Town's "Live Music in the Business District" series, sponsored by United Illuminating and the Economic Development Commission. Shops at 245 Amity Rd. will host sidewalk sales and specials.
