The Board of Selectmen has received two proposals for the use of the former Country Club of Woodbridge. You can see both here. The Eclipse Development proposal will be presented to the Board of Selectmen at their October meeting.
In the meantime, the Board of Selectmen voted to take the next step with the Arbor Haven proposal and ask Arbor Haven to present to boards and commissions at their public meetings.
