[ARCHIVED] Flood Information Sessions Announced: 10/10 and 10/11

The State of Connecticut is undertaking an Initial Damage Assessment (IDA) to estimate the extent of damage/loss sustained as a result of the severe weather/flooding which occurred on 25-26 September, 2018.

Data collected will be used to determine whether damages resulting from this event are significant enough to request for a joint Federal/State Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA) and potentially a request for federal recovery assistance.

The Town of Woodbridge is asking all residents and businesses who suffered damages to please attend one of two information sessions on October 10 from 7-8 pm at the Center Gym and October 11 from 8:30-9:30 am. at Town Hall. At these meetings the Town will collect all data and submit it to the State.

Please refer to the “FEMA Damage Level” sheet for reference (see link below).

There is no guarantee that funding will be granted.

If you suffered damage during the storm, please keep copies of all receipts and document damage with photos.

Please share this information.
