To help celebrate Earth Day 2018, Woodbridge residents are invited to take part in the annual "Rid Litter Day" event on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 9:00-12:00 noon. Interested residents will meet at the Fitzgerald Tract (parking lot area off Beecher Road) to pick up a trash bag and map for an area of town where roadside litter can be collected. All trash bags will then be picked-up by Woodbridge DPW crews and disposed of at the Transfer Station.
You can join a team that will be helping clean up the Beecher Road School campus, pick a road or intersection of your choice, or we will assign you a location the day of the event -- please register in advance to participate in this event and indicate your location preference by filling out our new Volunteer Form
