Please report any downed trees blocking the road to Public Works at 203-389-3420 or 203-389-3492.
There are many trees tangled in power lines that Public Works is aware of. The Town cannot clear these trees until United Illuminating’s Make Safe crew can disentangle the power lines. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH DOWNED WIRES AND/OR TREES ON DOWNED WIRES. Please call 911 to report downed wires. You may also alert UI about trees on wires at trees@ui.net.
There are additional trees down that Public Works is trying to address as quickly as possible. Please be patient. They will get to your tree as soon as possible.
