[ARCHIVED] Fugitive Arrests - Feb. 14, 2017

On February 10, 2017, the Woodbridge Police Department was contacted by the Fulton County (Georgia) Sherriff’s Office advising that they held active criminal arrest warrants for two Woodbridge residents, Ayelet Ellituv, age 34 and her husband, Eliahu Shetrit, age 53. Fulton County Sherriff’s Office advised that the two each faced over 50 counts of Identity Theft/Fraud type charges stemming from a lengthy investigation in the greater Atlanta, GA area.

On February 13th and 14th, 2017, Ellituv and Shetrit were taken into custody by the Woodbridge Police Department and were charged with 54-170 Fugitive from Justice. Both were held at the Woodbridge Police Department without bond until February 14, 2017 when they were transported to New Haven Superior Court for their arraignments and to await extradition to Georgia.
