Election Day is Tuesday, November 5. For the 2024 Presidential Election, early in-person voting and absentee voting are available to Woodbridge residents. Anyone turning 18 years old by Novembers 5 and who is a US Citizen is eligible to register and vote.
Early in-person voting will take place from Monday, October 21 through Sunday, November 3 in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 11 Meetinghouse Lane. Polls will be open from 10 am - 6 pm each day including weekends with extended hours from 8 am - 8 pm on Tuesday, October 29 and Thursday, October 31. Same Day Registration will be available during this period.
On Election Day, polls will be open for in-person voting from 6 am - 8 pm in the Center Building gymnasium located at 4 Meetinghouse Lane. Same Day Registration will be available.
Absentee Voting has begun. Through November 4, Absentee Ballots will be available to registered voters that are not able to vote in person at the polls.
• Visit the Town Clerk’s Office in person to complete an Absentee Ballot Application and receive a ballot to vote on the same day.
• Complete an online Absentee Ballot Application to automatically receive a ballot in the mail.
• Print an Absentee Ballot Application or request an application from the Town Clerk’s Office by calling 203-389-3422 or emailing townclerk@woodbridgect.org. Receive a ballot by returning the completed application to the Town Clerk’s Office.
Completed ballots may be dropped in the Lock Box located outside Town Hall, or hand delivered or mailed to the Town Clerk’s Office. Allow adequate time for mailing—ballots must be received no later than 8 pm on November 5.
