Led by Instructor Diane King, gentle yoga for stability, mobility, posture, and relaxation will take place this March and April. Steadiness and ease are pillars of yoga practice. We build strength, mental and physical endurance, and enhance balance through attention to posture and focus. Breathing practice brings calm and relaxation.
Choose to attend Monday or Wednesday classes that best meet your schedule. Monday classes will meet from10:30-11:45 am and 5:30-6:45 pm on 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27., 4/3, 4/17, 4/24 (no class 4/10). Wednesday classes will meet 10:30-11:45 am on 3/1,3/8,3/15,3/22,3/29,4/5,4/19,4/26 (no class 4/12).
For Monday classes, 7 sessions will cost $84, and for Wednesday classes, 8 sessions will cost $96. All 15 classes cost $150. The drop-in charge is $15 per class.
