Fallapalooza is a month-long celebration of Woodbridge.


Wednesday October 2: Living Treasure Award Dinner is a fundraiser for the Woodbridge Center honoring community-minded Woodbridge residents for their dedication to the Town and years of community services. Click for details. 

Saturday October 5: 
Woodbridge Road Race The 37th Annual Woodbridge Road Race includes a Children's Fun Run (9 am) and a 5k (10:30 am)

Massaro Community Farm hosts a ticketed performance by Valley Shakespeare, Two Gentlemen of Verona at 4 pm. PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE.
Visitors can also enjoy a hay ride, pumpkin painting, scarecrow building and pumpkin bowling starting at 2:30 pm.  


Sunday October 6: Massaro Community Farm hosts a ticketed performance by Valley Shakespeare, Two Gentlemen of Verona at 2 pm.  Visitors can also enjoy a hay ride, pumpkin painting, scarecrow building and pumpkin bowling starting at 12:30 pm.

JCC Family Fun Day and Open House, 2-4 pm. Celebrate the change of seasons with farm animals. Bunnies, chicks and baby goats will be available to be held and pet. Fall snacks and beverages will be provided and there will be a fun fall craft in the MakerSpace. There will also be open swim and open climb. Membership tours and new member discounts are offered. Free. 

Tuesday October 8: Spirits of the World with Dustin Pari, 7 pm
Woodbridge Town Library hosts Dustin who has been part of investigations in 26 countries. In this lecture he shares stories from investigations in Irish castles, French chateaus, Australian prisons and more. Register online or at the Library for this frightening journey. 

Friday Oct. 18 - Sunday Oct. 20: 
Arts & Music Festival at First Church of Christ
Friday 10/18: 6 pm art show and reception at the Parish House; 7:30 pm St Luke's Steel Drum Band concert

Saturday 10/19: 10 am -1 pm Performances and demonstrations by Sound Affect Singing Group, Brennen Lucey Irish Dance; Nu Haven Kapelle Kapelle klezmer band, Musical Folk, Massaro Farm

4 pm: Recital by Nenad Ivovic

7-9 pm: Square Dance in Center Building Gym

Sunday 10 am - Church service will include a piano/organ duet by Faye Chen and Nenad Ivovic, Bell Choir and the Choir

Saturday Oct. 19: Woodbridge Trails Day, 9 am
Choose from two hikes: An easy 2 mile family hike or a more challenging 5 mile hike. Both hikes leave Town Center at 9 am and return to Town Center for the Arts & Music Festival.

Wednesday October 23: The Power of the Pumpkin with Robin Glowa, 7 pm
Robin Glowa, the Conscious Cook, visits the Woodbridge Town Library to share perfect ways to prepare pumpkin. Register online or at the Library. 

October 26: Pampered in Pink, hosted by Progression Salon and Wig Boutique (245 Amity Road) All monies raised at the “Pampered in Pink” event will be donated to the “Closer To Free Fund” benefiting Yale Cancer Center and Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven and will be used directly for Breast Cancer Research. The entire staff of Progressions adds to the festivities by dressing in costume for Halloween. 

October 26: Tennis Central Harvest Festival/Open House, 12-5 pm (110 Bradley Road)
Swing by for family fun, food trucks, vendors, games a bouncy house and more.

October 26: Jeepers Creepers! 2 pm
Riverside Reptiles visits the Woodbridge Town LIbrary with a variety of reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, and insects. Ages 4 and up with an adult. Register online. 

October 31: Woodbridge Volunteer Fire Association Truck or Treat and Spooktacular Fireworks (5 - 8 pm) Join the Woodbridge Volunteer Fire Association to celebrate Halloween in a fun and safe environment.  (Rain date is Nov. 1.)
