MEDITATION
Taught by Marcia Nelken
LEARNING MEDITATION IS ONE THING.
LEARNING HOW TO USE IT IS ANOTHER.
Daily meditation is the ultimate preventive medicine. If we practice this new western type of meditation daily, we can maintain our optimal health and balance throughout our lives. In this class we will experience two slow, healing guided meditations to relax and rejuvenate our minds and bodies. In our discussions we will find out how to utlize the mind as a magnificent tool of consciousness for achieving healing for self and others, and other goals we have in mind, always keeping in mind that our larger goal is to become a better person.
