MEDITATION

LEARN A NEW KIND OF MEDITATION THAT BRINGS HEALTH, ENERGY, BALANCE, HAPPINESS, AND OTHER DESIRED GOALS.
Sitting in a chair and meditating for 15 minutes, one or two times a day with the correct procedure, will make a tremendous difference for you if you allow yourself to open to it. A new kind of meditation will be taught whereby we utilize the mind to take control of health issues within the body. This meditation becomes optimal daily preventive medicine. We advance to obtain other goals that we wish for ourselves. Each class will begin with a relaxing 25-minute guided meditation. After a short intermission, in the second half of class there will be a talk on meditation, questions and answers, and/or another meditation.
6 week sessions on Wednesday nights 7:30-9:15 pm
