Dear Community Members: Woodbridge Human Services is seeking nominations! Now through August 8, 2019. A Woodbridge resident, age 60 or over, who has demonstrated positive actions to improve the quality of life for Woodbridge, has contributed and may continue to contribute their time to enhance our community as a whole, and has performed this work on a volunteer, unpaid basis, is eligible to be nominated for the Living Treasure Award. This year three honorees will be selected and celebrated at the Living Treasure Awards event on October 2, 2019.
If you know a Woodbridge resident who meets the above criteria, please make the nomination by completing the attached nomination form no later than August 8, 2019. Nomination form may also be found online at the Town website at www.woodbridgect.org under Departments/Human Services. Mark you calendars!
